Rúah Breathwork - Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that plans can change, so I aim to keep my cancellation policy clear and fair while also protecting the time and resources that go into each session.Online Sessions
- I will aim to record the session in the event you cannot make it.
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session, or after the session has started, are non-refundable.
- Where possible, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else or another session by contacting me before the session.In-Person Sessions
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Where possible, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else by contacting me before the session.Breathwork + Sauna Events
- The sauna booking is subject to a separate 24-hour cancellation policy because the sauna is booked through a third-party provider.
- The sauna portion can be cancelled for a refund more than 24 hours before the sauna booking.
- The sauna portion is non-refundable within 24 hours, in accordance with the sauna provider's cancellation terms as Rúah has payed for your spot.- Your breathwork place for the event follows the in-person cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a refund.
-Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your Breathwork + Sauna booking between 12 and 24 hours before the event, your breathwork place may be refunded, but the sauna portion cannot be refunded.
- Where possible, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, subject to the sauna provider's booking terms.If Rúah Needs to Cancel
- If Rúah Breathwork needs to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer your booking to another session.Exceptional Circumstances
- If something unexpected happens and you are unable to attend outside the cancellation period, please contact me. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, I will of course consider individual circumstances where possible ([email protected])Transfers
- If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to availability and any applicable third-party booking restrictions.
- Please contact Rúah Breathwork ([email protected]) as soon as possible if you would like to arrange a transfer.

By booking a Rúah Breathwork session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.1. Nature of the PracticeRúah Breathwork sessions involve Conscious Connected Breathwork and may create a range of physical, emotional and sensory experiences. These may include changes in breathing, bodily sensations, emotional expression, tingling, light-headedness or other intense sensations.Breathwork is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare.2. Health & Medical InformationYou are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration about any health conditions or circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely.If you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.If you have been advised not to participate, or have not obtained medical clearance where required, you should not attend the session.3. Voluntary Participation & Personal ResponsibilityBy booking and attending, you confirm that you understand what the breathwork practice involves and the types of experiences it may bring.You acknowledge that there are potential risks associated with participating and voluntarily choose to take part.You are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the session and agree to work within your own physical and emotional limits.You may slow down, modify the practice, return to your natural breathing, change position, take a break or stop at any time. You should never feel obliged to continue an exercise that does not feel appropriate for you.Please let the facilitator know if you experience anything that concerns you during the session.4. Confidentiality & RespectRúah Breathwork aims to provide a respectful and supportive environment.You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not to share personal information, experiences or disclosures made by another participant during the session outside of the session.Information shared during the session will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.5. SaunaIf you have booked the Breathwork + Sauna option, the sauna is an additional activity provided by the venue and is subject to the sauna provider's own terms, conditions and safety guidelines.You are responsible for reading and following the sauna provider's safety guidance before using the sauna.If you are unsure whether sauna use is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate medical advice and/or speak with the sauna provider before using it.You may choose not to use the sauna at any time.6. Booking & PaymentYour place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.Please ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.Tickets are valid for the person named on the booking unless a transfer has been agreed with Rúah Breathwork in advance.7. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations made more than 24 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as places and, where applicable, sauna bookings have already been confirmed. You are welcome to transfer your place to someone else by contacting me in advance.If you have booked the Breathwork + Sauna option, the €20 sauna booking is non-refundable within 24 hours, in line with The Hot Box's cancellation policy.8. Late ArrivalPlease arrive at the time stated on the event listing.For the wellbeing of the group and to avoid disruption once the practice has begun, late arrival may mean that you are unable to participate.9. Personal BelongingsPlease keep personal belongings and valuables secure.Rúah Breathwork and the venue cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, damaged or stolen.10. Consent & AcknowledgementBy completing your booking, you confirm that:You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.You understand the nature of Conscious Connected Breathwork and the experiences it may involve.You have provided relevant health information during registration.You are aware that the practice may involve physical, emotional and sensory experiences and potential risks.You are choosing to participate voluntarily.You are responsible for your own wellbeing and agree to work within your own limits.You understand that you can pause, modify or stop the practice at any time.You understand that appropriate medical care should be sought in the event of a medical emergency.If participating in the sauna, you agree to follow the sauna provider's own safety guidelines and terms.By booking the session, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
